After attending numerous gigs over the years, we decided to combine our love for live concerts by both established and new acts, the technical side of playing music, and music photography. And so The Moon Tower was born....

    Music-obsessed since attending my first concert (Dire Straits, no less) at age 11, it didn't take me long to pick up a guitar. I've spent the 25 odd years since shelling out far too much money on tickets, albums, guitar gear and trying my best to make listenable noise in various bands, currently the Worcester-based BroodMother.

    Music has always been part of my life, from listening to my mum's records to seeing my brother play in bands when I was a kid. I quickly started attending gigs regularly in my teenage years, then started my own fanzine interviewing bands and reviewing gigs, and shot my first live concert aged 21 on a borrowed Pentax K100.
    Quickly signed to one of the biggest photography agencies, Retna, I still freelance for them today.
